During the project, which was attended by the Foundation’s President, Suhair Al-Muaidi, the Executive Director of the United Humanitarian Foundation, Jamal Haidara, stressed the keenness of the Haidara Foundation and the United Humanitarian Foundations to implement this particular project annually to help the families in need the most.
He pointed out that the project targets the poorest families in Ma’een District in the capital, which were identified according to a clear and transparent mechanism in coordination with the relevant authorities.
Haidara stated that the project comes within the framework of the partnership between the two foundations, which includes many activities in the humanitarian, charitable, housing and other fields.
The president of the Haidara Foundation appreciated the United Humanitarian Foundation’s support for the food baskets project.
She pointed out that the food baskets include many essential products that ensure the provision of the needs of the poorest families during the holy month of Ramadan, appreciating the cooperation of the concerned authorities in facilitating the implementation of the project in accordance with the approved mechanisms and standards that focus on the most needy families.
Al-Muaidi stressed the keenness of the Haidara Foundation and its partners to implement more humanitarian projects that serve the families in need, especially in light of the difficult circumstances that Yemen is going through.
